We make reasonable efforts and aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

We use a combination of original product photography and AI-assisted imagery throughout our website. Any ai-generated flatlays are created utilising existing product imagery as a visual reference. These images are created with the intention of maintaining an accurate representation of the product, including its branding, colours, shape, proportions, materials and overall design details. AI-assisted imagery is used for visual presentation purposes only and does not alter the products themselves or replace the actual product being sold.

Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen, and minor variations in products may occur.

Product images are provided as a visual representation of the product. While we take reasonable care to ensure that imagery accurately reflects the products we stock, AI-assisted or styled imagery may not always represent the exact appearance, placement, texture or finish of an individual product.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors or inaccuracies on our website, including product descriptions, pricing and availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer you: an alternative product; a refund for the unavailable item; or another appropriate solution.
